The heart of the Association is 1833 VINO E CUCINA: a small, family- and friends-run bar and restaurant born out of the desire to offer cuisine that captures, in gastronomic terms, the identity of all those Italians who have crossed the sea to choose Menorca as their home.

A simple, unpretentious Italian fare, yet open to be contaminated by the culinary influences each one of us—whether behind the stove or in front of it—has come to hold dear, for having lived them, stolen them, or even just dreamt about them on our walks of life.

In short, food we really love—and food we'd love to share with anyone who'd like to join us on a little part of our journey.
